Small Space Specialist & V.P. of Marketing and Sales

Sarah Roussos-Karakaian, a devout New Yorker, has an undeniable passion for maximizing small spaces.  She was most recently seen on HGTV’s hot new summer series Beach Flip, in which she and her husband, Nick, a General Contractor, demonstrated their classic revival design approach to flipping a beach house.

Sarah’s interest in small spaces began after ten successful years traveling the world performing in hit Broadway musicals where the only constant thing was her two thoughtfully compartmentalized suitcases – let alone living in small NYC spaces when she was at home.  She decided to marry her passion for storytelling and creating aesthetically pleasing solutions for small space living by co-creating We OrgaNYze, LLC in 2013.

Together with her husband, who is not only a G.C., but also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Keller Williams, NYC and a designer with a background in architecture, they created Nesters.com as a one stop shop for readers everywhere to find creative solutions to their spatial dilemmas.

Sarah’s goal is to make spaces more beautiful as well as functional, and she craves the opportunity to share, engage, and promote smart solutions to everyday organizational and design challenges.

An avid do-it-yourselfer. A practitioner in trial and error. An organizer. These are just a few ways to describe Ralph Vallarella. A creative mind, Ralph knows that organizing isn’t the same for everyone. “Every client is unique, with varying spaces and lifestyles, and it is our job to work with our clients in order to customize an organizational plan that works for them.”

An already successful small business owner with more than 10+ years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors, Ralph brings a unique skill set to the We OrgaNYze team. With a background that includes business management, residential and commercial construction, floor plan design and project management, Ralph is ready to tackle any project head on!

Ralph is a graduate of St. John’s University in Queens, New York, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Tobin College of Business Administration in 2005.

A New Yorker born and raised, Ralph is an avid New York Yankees fan who loves to golf in his free time. He and his wife share their home in Nassau County with their son and dog.
